i almost thought about writing a good review, but then i remembered the unbearable heat without air conditioning, and the obstructed toilet tank—how rude! i expected a complimentary gesture for my inconvenience, but clearly that’s asking too much here. if i wanted such a mediocre experience, i could have stayed at any old motel.

I absolutely loved starting each morning with their delightful breakfast, featuring local ingredients and fresh juice from their own garden. The room offered stunning mountain views and a cozy, inviting atmosphere. The personalized service and family-owned vibe made my stay incredibly special.

We had a great stay with amazing views from our room, and the breakfast was included, making our mornings feel special. There were comfy sun loungers in the garden that we enjoyed while soaking up the sun after a day of exploring. Just a heads up, the rooms didn't have AC, but we were fine with the balcony door open at night. 🌞

la paix is a lovely, quaint place located in a residential area that's super close to the west train station. we loved our room 216, especially the balcony where we enjoyed a glass of wine. having a mini fridge and tea kettle was a nice touch! also, the glacier water at trümmelbach falls was stunning. it plunges beautifully down the cliff, definitely a must-see during your stay.

The room was clean, but there were a few spots that felt a bit outdated. It’d be awesome if there were more outlets and a fridge, but overall, it worked well for a cozy stay.

It was just a prime choice for a short stay in Interlaken with reasonable value. The room had a mini fridge, which was handy for keeping drinks cool. Bring your own coffee if you're picky, as the hotel brew isn't great.

The hotel is conveniently located just a stone's throw from the train station, allowing for easy access to surrounding areas. The complimentary travel pass for buses and trains is an excellent perk that helps visitors navigate the city effortlessly. I found the quiet neighborhood perfect for a restful night's sleep, really enhancing my overall experience.

One issue was the shower temperature, which was difficult to control, fluctuating between ice cold and boiling hot.
